  • Please do not send your return to the address printed on your package, as this may not be the correct processing location.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For all eligible returns, we cover the full return shipping cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
