4. Removal of Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim
  • Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user or content owner involved

We may also terminate repeat offenders where appropriate.

5. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or is protected under fair use, licensing, or public domain rights, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notice.

A valid Counter-Notice must include:
