Yes. Most products are made after an order is placed. Some items are personalized or produced using print-on-demand processes, while others are made in small production batches to maintain consistent quality.
Can I customize my product?
Customization is available for select products. Available options are clearly displayed on the product page. Please review all customization details carefully before ordering.
Orders and Processing
When is my order processed?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday-Saturday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on Sundays, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. Cancellation or modification requests are accepted within 6 hours of successful purchase. Please contact us immediately at contact@30bridgette.com with your order details.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 2-5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 10-15 business days to post the refund.
